This is Tag Tech LLC’s (“Tag Tech”) privacy policy. This document explains Tag Tech’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. Tag Tech abides by applicable privacy legislation. Tag Tech provides document management, scanning and storage services.

‍Tag Tech collects information by various methods, primarily as actively provided by its customers. Tag Tech customers use Tag Tech services to store information about their customers. Tag Tech may see personal information in the documents stored by Tag Tech customers. The types of personal information we collect include contact and payment information. We may record calls to or from our customer service representatives for purposes of accuracy, performance reviews and training. Tag Tech collects only the IP address, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what web pages people access or visit, user-specific information on what pages people access or visit. We use cookies to store visitor preferences.

‍This information is used to provide our services. Tag Tech does not access, share, or use information Tag Tech customers store in our services, except to the extent necessary for and for the time necessary to provide our services. For example, Tag Tech does not share personal information with any third party advertisers or data brokers or amongst Tag Tech customers. Tag Tech may use metadata, use metrics, aggregate, or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified Tag Tech customers or identified individuals for various other uses for itself, and which Tag Tech may share with other Tag Tech customers or third parties. The information stored in our services, and processing, is done using a third party cloud provider located in the United States.

‍WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
‍Tag Tech does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Tag Tech may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Tag Tech’s uses disclosed herein.

‍Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. Details are available upon request.

‍ACCESSING INFORMATION
‍Individuals may review their personal information contained in Tag Tech files (other than that stored on Tag Tech services by Tag Tech customers, for which the individual must contact our customer) by contacting the Tag Tech privacy officer. For personal information under Tag Tech control (not that stored on Tag Tech services by Tag Tech customers) if an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

‍GENERAL
‍Tag Tech may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how Tag Tech uses or discloses personal information already held by Tag Tech in a material way, Tag Tech will obtain consent. This policy was last updated on February 16, 2023. Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
